This pic is a little old...but I ended up toying around with it the other day.

ROsario is just one of the many CIA agents who are after ENri..umm but the story behind the character is a little confusing--maybe one day I'll just tell it to you though. ^^;

*Maybe this is another section I should revisit--afterall, I ended up really liking the FEDs I drew.*

I had problems with this....it didn't even show up on my own gallery until the next day >w< You know how retarded the dA system acts up sometimes.
